Irish Blog Awards 2010

Posted by: Pivotal Comments on: March 11, 2010

It looks like the short list of nominees for the Irish Blog Awards 2010 have been announced. It is actually being called the ‘(not so) Short List’ as the list is due to be whittled down again over the next week or two to leave a much shorter Short List for each category before the ceremony.

The Irish Blog Awards 2010 are due to take place in the Radisson Blu hotel in Galway on 27 March 2010 at 7 p.m. and if the popularity of last year’s event is anything to go by, everyone who is anyone in the Irish blogging world will be descending on Galway for a weekend of meeting, greeting, networking and most importantly, having lots of fun! Also it seems there will be a repeat of the art exhibition by blogger and painter eolai with some of  his pieces for sale there too.

Congratulations to all of the nominees thus far and of course to the judges as well-one can only imagine that a phenomenally huge amount of work must go into grading each and every nominated blog.

If you want to read the ‘(not so) Short List‘, you can do so here. You can register your interest in attending the blog awards here to receive priority notification when tickets go on sale and you can follow updates via @irishblogawards on Twitter.

We’re looking forward to reading all of the wonderful business blogs and others on the list that we haven’t yet discovered.
