PIVOTAL are looking for one call centre staff member to run a customer phone line for an iconic retail brand.
Applicants must be responsible, affable and able to ensure the highest service quality with excellent personal touch.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong work ethics and excellent interpersonal skills.
You must be friendly and engaging, well presented and passionate about delivering five star service. Previous experience with call centre experience or a background in marketing will also be highly regarded though not necessary.
The role will be spilt between administration and consumer interaction. There will be no cold calls process. All customer interaction will be with consumers who have signed up and are utilising a product. The purpose of the call centre is to be proactive and helpful to those customers. The call centre is a proactive, consumer engaging, informative and problem solving hub.
Weekend availability will be required on occasion.
